The Programmer's Paradox

This is a general discussion about software development. Open to anyone who is interested.
Based on the book The Programmer's Paradox and the blog The Programmer's Paradox (nice original naming scheme eh?)
What I'd like to do, is for people with questions about the book, blog or software development in general to start a new page for the question and we can append answers directly to it in a conversational approach. Hopefully that will work out.
What I expect is that people will find this site, sometime long after I've gone. Until then I'll just be staring at a blinking cursor, and wondering what I should type...
